Marsden Cove Waterways is a Hopper Developments project. Hoppers have 70 years expertise in creating lifestyle developments in residential, retirement, commercial and marine associated activities, and are NZ family owned and operated.
Marsden Maritime Holdings holds over 150ha of prime commercial property available immediately behind Northland’s deepwater port and transport infrastructure, Marsden Maritime Holdings is a key driver in Northland’s growing economy.
