We welcome our canal property owners to attend the annual Property Owners Information Meeting at 11am on 17th May 2026, to be held at the Marsden Cove Fishing Club, 48 Rauiri Drive, Marsden Cove.

At these meetings we ask for feedback of various topics and practices, so it really is an informative opportunity.

After every annual meeting, we issue a newsletter to all property owners with a summary and progress from the meeting.
