Canal Management Breakdown
Lock Stages 2 and 5 - Canal Front
Marsden Cove Canals is a beautiful place to call home, and we all want to preserve it for everyone to enjoy. The diagram below demonstrates the respective responsibilities of Marsden Cove Canals Management Limited (MCCML), Marsden Cove Limited (MCL) and individual property owners.
Please note that this diagram has been developed to show the delineation of ownership of structure and to which entity the applications should be addressed to. Stage 1 differs slightly but the delineation remains the same.
Disclaimer: This diagram is provided as a reference guide only and is intended for general information purposes. It does not supersede, replace, or override the official Detailed Canal Profile Diagram (found through the link below) associated with your property’s specific canal easement. Property owners should refer to their individual easement documentation and approved plans for full and accurate details.
